What destinations do you currently operate in?

We operate in four destinations — Courchevel, Megève, Saint-Tropez, and Ibiza. Each has a dedicated local team with deep knowledge of the market, the properties, and the guest experience on the ground.

How quickly can you respond to an urgent request?

Faster than most. You have direct WhatsApp access to your destination manager — no switchboard, no ticketing system. Our properties are fully documented and priced at all times, so a proposal can be turned around in hours. Urgent requests are part of the job.

Do my clients ever see the Private Luxury brand?

No. We have no interest in the client relationship — that's yours. All communications, contracts, and on-site interactions go through your brand. If your client wants to extend to another destination we operate in, that conversation happens through you.

If my client books with you in one destination, do your other teams know them when they return?

Yes. Every client preference, habit, and requirement is shared across our destination teams. When your client travels from Courchevel to Ibiza, they don't start from scratch — and neither do we.
